Evening on the Shore of Lake Pend Oreille

I spent this evening exploring the shoreline recording some audio and hoping for some good photos.
The photo I got is nice but not great. Still it gives a sense of the evening with a nice glow of warm light on the water and the Selkirks silhouetted by the setting sun.

I have added a short audio clip below. I am exploring the idea of audio as a means to convey more of the mood when I am out. In this one the sound of one of the many trains that converge on the Sandpoint area can be heard. As the rumble of te train dies away you can hear the lapping of waves on the rocky shore, the sound of geese settling in for the evening. Listen carefully and you can hear 4 of them flying directly overhead at about 3:00.
Put on some headphones and immerse yourself.
